BTS Intrade Laboratories is a Chilean company with an international presence specializing in the manufacture and sale of products for controlling pests that affect Public Health and animal production. Additionally, we specialize in the commercialization of veterinary products for animal health and biosecurity. We provide biotechnological solutions through products that treat liquid and solid waste from livestock, food, and domestic industries.
Our company was founded in 1992 and has its own facilities on 3,300 square meters located in Santiago de Chile. Our company is composed of more than 40 people, including professionals, technicians, and operational workers.
BTS Intrade Laboratories has a division that manufactures pest control products (insecticides, rodenticides, disinfectants, etc.) and non-chemical products to meet the needs of domestic and international clients. We also provide maquila or outsourcing services in the production of pesticides for major national and international companies that market their products under their own brand.
A second division of the company specializes in commercialization through its sales force that works with products for both urban and livestock pest control, as well as veterinary products for the poultry and porcine market. This is achieved through veterinarians who deliver technical and commercial support to our customers throughout the country.
We have a full team that is ready to comprehensively and responsibly guide and assist our customers in areas such as environmental health, animal health, biosecurity, and treatment of solid and liquid industrial waste.
As of 2015, we were authorized by the Agricultural and Livestock Service of Chile (Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero) for our partner company CIPUA (Centro de Investigación de Plagas Urbanas y Agrícolas, or Urban and Agricultural Pest Research Center) to develop studies of: the efficacy of pesticides (insecticides, rodenticides), the sensitivity of insects to pesticides, and to determine resistance to pesticides.
We have resolutions and authorizations from the Chilean Ministry of Health through SEREMI (Regional Ministries of Health) and the Chilean Institute of Public Health (Instituto de Salud Pública de Chile) as well as the Agriculture and Livestock Service (Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero).
